Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), 37-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eagle's Landing upgrades its record to 11-11 on the season. The Eagles host Dutchtown (Hampton, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 18-8. Dutchtown won 51-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Union Grove (McDonough, GA)

Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 12. Jones County will attempt to improve on its 12-9 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 17-8 record after their 51-47 non-league loss to Dutchtown (Hampton, GA).
