The Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT), 58-55 in Friday's league test.

The Noises (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Portland (Portland, CT). The Highlanders go into the Shoreline test with a 9-8 record. In their last test, Portland got by Coginchaug Regional (Durham, CT), 49-36, in a league test.
