Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Jay County Patriots (Portland, IN) and the visiting Heritage Patriots (Monroeville, IN), saw Jay County's basketball squad wallop Heritage by a tally of 67-36.

With the victory, Jay County improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Yorktown (Yorktown, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-12. Yorktown won 71-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN)

Next up, the Patriots play the Rochester Zebras (Rochester, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 12. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Zebras come into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 51-48 league win over Wabash (Wabash, IN).
