Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), 69-43 in a league match.

With the victory, Ponderosa betters its record to 5-15 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Heritage (Littleton, CO) to confront the Eagles in a 6A/5A Continental contest on Friday, February 13. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 8-12. Heritage lost 68-43 in their recent league contest against ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO)

In their next game, the Huskies confront the Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO) in a 6A/5A Continental contest, on Friday, February 13. Douglas County will attempt to better on its 1-19 season record. The Sabercats go into the contest with a 5-16 record after their 60-36 league loss to Chaparral (Parker, CO).
