Pennsylvania High School Basketball - South Allegheny falls to South Fayette
February 12, 2022: McDonald, PA 15057 In Saturday's non-league match, the host South Fayette Lions basketball team scored a good 66-49 triumph over the South Allegheny Gladiators.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 12. South Fayette will attempt to move on its 13-8 season record. The Ironmen enter the match with a 10-11 record after their 71-57 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA).
With the defeat, South Allegheny moves to 15-6 on the year. The Gladiators host Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA) to meet the Knights in a non-league match on Friday, February 18. The Knights enter the match with a record of 9-10. Norwin won 63-54 in their recent non-league match against Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA)
