The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) basketball edged the visiting J.F. Webb Warriors (Oxford, NC), 48-44 in Thursday's league test.

Next, the Fighting Red Wolves encounter the South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC) in a Big Seven 4A/5A test, on Friday, February 13. Cedar Ridge will attempt to improve on its 6-15 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 11-9 record after their 57-52 league loss to Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC).
