New Mexico High School Basketball - Native American Community Academy can't hold off Alamo Navajo
February 13, 2020: Albuquerque, NM 87108 The Alamo Navajo Cougars basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Native American Community Academy Eagles to 55 in the Cougars league victory on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jemez Valley for a non-league contest on Friday, February 14. Alamo Navajo will battle a Warriors team coming off a 50-29 league win over New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 8-6.
The Eagles now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to Magdalena for a 2A District 6 outing on Saturday, February 15. Native American Community Academy will encounter a Steers squad coming off a 66-30 league win over Menaul (Albuquerque, NM). The Steers record now stands at 18-5.
