Ohio High School Basketball - Maysville overwhelms Philo
February 13, 2024: Zanesville, OH 43701 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Maysville Panthers (Zanesville, OH) and the visiting Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH), saw Maysville's basketball squad wallop Philo by a tally of 83-45.
With the victory, Maysville improves its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to John Glenn (New Concord, OH) to play the Little Muskies in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Friday, February 16. The Little Muskies come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. John Glenn won 46-38 in their recent league challenge against River View (Warsaw, OH)
Next up, the Electrics play the River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH) in a Muskingum Valley test, on Friday, February 16. Philo will attempt to advance on its 6-15 season record. The Black Bears go into the test with a 6-14 record after their 46-38 league loss to John Glenn (New Concord, OH).
