Nebraska High School Basketball - Shelby-Rising City succumbs to Osceola

In Friday's non-league test, the Osceola Bulldogs (Osceola, NE) basketball squad defeated the visiting Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE), by a final score of 56-47.

Next, the Bulldogs clash with the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 20. Osceola will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Storm go into the bout with a 13-10 record after their 49-43 non-league win over Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE).

With the loss, Shelby-Rising City falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to East Butler (Brainard, NE) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 21-1. East Butler won 71-31 in their recent non-league bout against Lyons-Decatur Northeast (Lyons, NE)
