Texas High School Basketball - Riverside toppled by San Elizario

February 13, 2026: San Elizario, TX 79849

San Elizario Eagles (San Elizario, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), 50-36 in a league contest.

The Eagles (14-16) will now prepare for their contest against Clint (Clint, TX). The Lions go into the 4A Region I District 2 contest with a 14-13 record. In their last contest, Clint was toppled by Fabens (Fabens, TX), 43-39, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Rangers confront the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 2 outing, on Tuesday, February 17. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 11-15 season record. The Indians enter the outing with a 14-18 record after their 28-23 league loss to Mountain View (El Paso, TX).
