Almont Raiders (Almont, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI), 50-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Almont upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Raiders host Algonac (Algonac, MI) to clash with the Muskrats in a Blue Water Area bout on Friday, February 17. The Muskrats go into the bout with a record of 5-8.

Next up, the Pioneers clash with the Richmond Blue Devils (Richmond, MI) in a Blue Water Area bout, on Friday, February 17. Croswell-Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record.
