The Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO) basketball held off the host North Park Wildcats (Walden, CO), 57-51 in Saturday's league battle.

The Saints now possess a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Soroco for a 2A/1A Western Slope battle on Friday, February 21. Vail Christian will battle a Rams team coming off a 50-46 league loss to Plateau Valley (Collbran, CO). The Rams record now stands at 11-7.

The Wildcats (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against West Grand (Kremmling, CO). The Mustangs come into the 2A/1A Western Slope battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, West Grand edged Caprock Academy (Grand Junction, CO), 57-11, in a league battle.
