February 15, 2022: New Orleans, LA 70115 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting Warren Easton Eagles (New Orleans, LA), saw Newman's basketball squad wallop Warren Easton by a tally of 76-42.
With the victory, Newman improves its record to 23-5 on the campaign. The Greenies travel to Morris Jeff Community (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Pelicans in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 18. The Pelicans come into the challenge with a record of 13-13. Morris Jeff Community won 74-56 in their recent league challenge against Cohen (New Orleans, LA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 17. Warren Easton will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Roneagles come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 57-50 non-league loss to Newman (New Orleans, LA).
