Florida High School Lacrosse - Booker T. Washington drops to Fort Walton Beach

The Vikings now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Florida for a non-league battle on Friday, February 18. Fort Walton Beach will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over Tate (Cantonment, FL). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-0.

Game Summary
FWBHS came out strong, scoring a quick succession of goals, with Booker T. Washington answering the first few but some afterwards going unanswered. The first half saw a strong showing by FWBHS, ending the half 9-3. However, despite having no subs, Booker T. Washington had a strong showing the second half, keeping FWBHS to only two goals, and scoring three themselves to bring the game to an 11-6 final score.
