February 16, 2022: Utqiagvik, AK 99723 The Barrow Whalers routed the visiting Bethel Warriors basketball team by a final score of 66-37 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Whalers face the Nome-Beltz Nanooks (Nome, AK) in a 3A Western game, on Friday, February 18. Barrow will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Nanooks enter the game with a 10-6 record after their 61-22 non-league loss to Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK).
