Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA), 43-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Briar Woods upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA) to play the Wolverines in a Potomac bout on Friday, February 18. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 23-0. Woodgrove won 64-52 in their recent non-league bout against Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA)
