Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) and the visiting Hiawatha Hawks (Kirkland, IL), saw Earlville's basketball squad wallop Hiawatha by a count of 63-29.

With the victory, Earlville upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Red Raiders host LaMoille/Ohio (LaMoille, IL) to play the Lions in a Little Ten challenge on Friday, February 19. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. LaMoille/Ohio lost 46-38 in their recent league challenge against Serena (Serena, IL)

Next up, the Hawks play the Indian Creek Timberwolves (Shabbona, IL) in a Little Ten challenge, on Friday, February 19. Hiawatha will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 71-38 league win over Somonauk (Somonauk, IL).
