February 17, 2022: Harmony, MN 55939 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Lanesboro Burros (Lanesboro, MN) and the host Fillmore Central Falcons (Harmony, MN), saw Lanesboro's basketball squad overcome Fillmore Central by a tally of 69-56.
With the victory, Lanesboro improves its record to 15-9 on the campaign. The Burros travel to Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN) to confront the Cougars in a A Section 1 challenge on Saturday, February 19. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-16. Mabel-Canton won 65-45 in their recent league challenge against Houston (Houston, MN)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 18. Fillmore Central will attempt to improve on its 8-15 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 23-1 record after their 91-48 league win over Cotter/Hope Lutheran (Winona, MN).
