In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Apex Cougars basketball squad scored a tight 44-41 victory over the Apex Friendship Patriots.

With the victory, Apex upgrades its record to 14-10 on the year. The Cougars travel to Green Level (Cary, NC) to face the Gators in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 18. The Gators enter the match with a record of 15-9. Green Level won 57-26 in their recent league match against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC)
