Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Ridgefield knocks off St. Joseph

The Ridgefield Tigers ice hockey squad scored 4 points and restricted the host St. Joseph Cadets to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.

With the victory, Ridgefield moves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Hamden (Hamden, CT) to face the Green Dragons in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 19. The Green Dragons go into the contest with a record of 9-7. Hamden won 33-7 in their recent non-league contest against Immaculate (Danbury, CT)

The Cadets now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they host Darien for a FCIAC contest on Saturday, February 19. St. Joseph will face a Blue Wave squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Notre Dame (West Haven, CT). The Blue Wave record now stands at 11-6.
