Wyoming High School Basketball - Riverton edges Natrona County

February 19, 2022: Casper, WY 82601

The Riverton Wolverines (Riverton, WY) basketball nipped the host Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY), 39-32 in Saturday's league test.

The Wolverines (15-5) will now prepare for their test against Cody (Cody, WY). The Broncs go into the 4A Northwest test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Cody was tipped by Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY), 40-24, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they travel to Kelly Walsh for a non-league test on Thursday, February 24. Natrona County will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 90-59 league win over Campbell County (Gillette, WY). The Trojans record now stands at 16-3.
