Schalmont Sabres (Schenectady, NY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Bishop Maginn Griffins (Albany, NY), 91-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Schalmont upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Sabres host Tamarac (Troy, NY) to play the Bengals in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 23. The Bengals come into the bout with a record of 8-6. Tamarac won 78-45 in their recent league bout against Saratoga Central Catholic (Saratoga Springs, NY)
