The Desert Mountain Wolves walloped the visiting Independence Patriots basketball team by a tally of 52-24 in Thursday's non-league game.

The Wolves now possess a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Cienega for a non-league game on Thursday, February 26. Desert Mountain will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 66-26 non-league loss to Salpointe Catholic (Tucson, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 19-10.
