The Hitchcock County Falcons basketball team scored 74 points and restricted the host Rawlins County Buffaloes to 29 in the Falcons non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maywood/Hayes Center for a non-league contest on Friday, February 5. Hitchcock County will battle a Wolves team coming off a 68-51 non-league loss to Medicine Valley (Curtis, NE). The Wolves record now stands at 13-7.
The Buffaloes (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Greeley County (Tribune, KS). The Jackrabbits come into the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Greeley County triumphed over Dighton (Dighton, KS), 43-40, in a non-league contest.
