Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), 47-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hickory Ridge upgrades its record to 19-8 on the campaign. The Ragin' Bulls travel to Chambers (Charlotte, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 24. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 19-6. Chambers won 56-53 in their recent non-league bout against Hopewell (Huntersville, NC)
