The Kouts Mustangs & Fillies (Kouts, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN), 65-30 in Friday's league test.

The Mustangs & Fillies (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Washington Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Senators go into the non-league test with a 6-14 record. In their last test, Washington Township was trounced by Trinity (South Bend, IN), 31-29, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 3-18 record. They play next when they travel to Morgan Township for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 28. Tri-Township will encounter a Cherokees squad coming off a 60-59 non-league loss to Lake Station Edison (Lake Station, IN). The Cherokees record now stands at 18-5.
