University City Centurions (San Diego, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA), 7-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, University City upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Centurions host Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA) to battle the White Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, February 26. The White Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Escondido Charter lost 9-2 in their recent non-league test against Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA)

With the defeat, Sweetwater falls to 0-1 on the season. The Red devils travel to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA) to battle the Buccaneers in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 27.
