In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Perry Pumas basketball team scored a big 67-32 triumph over the Liberty Lions.

The Pumas (15-12) will now prepare for their contest against Hamilton (Chandler, AZ). The Huskies go into the 6A Premier contest with a 17-12 record. In their last contest, Hamilton smashed Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ), 70-42, in a non-league contest.
