February 27, 2025: Concord, NC 28027 The Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) lacrosse routed the visiting Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC), 18-2 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Norman for a non-league outing on Monday, March 3. Cannon will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Charlotte Latin (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Christ the King falls to 0-1 on the year. The Crusaders host Providence Day (Charlotte, NC) to face the Chargers in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 15. The Chargers go into the outing with a record of 1-0.
