February 3, 2024: Fayette, OH 43521 The Gorham Fayette Eagles basketball squad scored 38 points and limited the visiting Waldron Spartans to 30 in the Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
With the win, Gorham Fayette upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Eagles travel to Edon (Edon, OH) to play the Bombers in a Buckeye Border bout on Thursday, February 8. The Bombers go into the bout with a record of 4-13.
Next up, the Spartans play the Britton Deerfield Patriots (Britton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Waldron will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 61-31 league loss to Whiteford (Ottawa Lake, MI).
