Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Judson Rockets (Converse, TX), 54-47 in a league match.

With the victory, Steele advances its record to 19-11 on the year. The Knights travel to San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) to face the Rattlers in a 6A Region IV District 29 match on Tuesday, February 10. The Rattlers enter the match with a record of 20-9.

The Rockets now own a 26-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Marcos for a 6A Region IV District 29 contest on Friday, February 6. Judson will battle a Rattlers team coming off a 61-49 league win over East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 20-9.
