Westlake Demons (Westlake, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they saw their ice hockey team knock off the host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions (Chardon, OH), 6-2 in a non-league contest.

The Demons (20-4) will now prepare for their contest against Canfield (Canfield, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 17-9 record. In their last game, Canfield held off Normandy (Parma, OH), 6-2, in a non-league game.
