California High School Basketball - Monte Vista succumbs to Granada
February 4, 2020: Danville, CA 94526 The Granada Matadors topped the host Monte Vista Mustangs basketball squad by a tally of 56-47 in Tuesday's league challenge.
With the victory, Granada improves its record to 20-3 on the campaign. The Matadors host Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA) to confront the Dons in a East Bay challenge on Friday, February 7. The Dons come into the challenge with a record of 14-9. Amador Valley won 76-38 in their recent league challenge against Livermore (Livermore, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA) in a East Bay challenge, on Friday, February 7. Monte Vista will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 16-7 record after their 70-66 league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA).
