The Sidwell Friends Quakers basketball team scored 67 points and held the host St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions to 42 in the Quakers league triumph on Friday.

The Quakers now sport a 19-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 5. Sidwell Friends will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 65-44 league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 14-1.

The Lions (11-6) will now prepare for their contest against Avalon (Wheaton, MD). The Black Knights enter the Freelance contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Avalon was routed by Seton (Manassas, VA), 96-56, in a non-league contest.
