California High School Basketball - Gunn overwhelms Overfelt
February 4, 2023: Palo Alto, CA 94306 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) and the visiting Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA), saw Gunn's basketball squad wallop Overfelt by a tally of 46-14.
With the victory, Gunn improves its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA) to confront the Spartans in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 6-12. Mountain View lost 51-30 in their recent league challenge against Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA)
Next up, the Royals confront the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs (Morgan Hill, CA) in a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa East challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Overfelt will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 41-39 league win over Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA).
