The Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE) basketball edged the visiting Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE), 47-40 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Lexington for a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. Grand Island Central Catholic will play a Minutemen team coming off a 60-26 non-league loss to Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-15.
