The Hammond Central Wolves basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Crown Point Bulldogs to 34 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolves now have a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hammond Morton for a non-league game on Friday, February 7. Hammond Central will confront a Governors team coming off a 63-46 non-league loss to Lake Central (St. John, IN). The Governors record now stands at 16-5.

With the loss, Crown Point falls to 12-12 on the campaign.
