Michigan High School Basketball - Mason tops Western
February 5, 2024: Mason, MI 48854 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Mason Bulldogs (Mason, MI) and the visiting Western Panthers (Parma, MI), saw Mason's basketball squad knock off Western by a count of 62-45.
With the victory, Mason upgrades its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI) to play the Gladiators in a Capital Area - Red challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Gladiators come into the challenge with a record of 3-12. Fowlerville lost 54-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Eaton Rapids (Eaton Rapids, MI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Coldwater Cardinals (Coldwater, MI) in a Interstate Eight challenge, on Friday, February 9. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 63-45 league loss to Northwest (Jackson, MI).
