New York High School Basketball - Tri-Valley triumphant over Chester
February 5, 2025: Chester, NY 10918 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Tri-Valley Bears (Grahamsville, NY) and the host Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY), observed Tri-Valley's basketball team overwhelm Chester by a score of 46-21.
The Bears (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ellenville (Ellenville, NY). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Ellenville was routed by Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY), 49-45, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hambletonians encounter the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Chester will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 43-34 non-league win over O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY).
