California High School Basketball - USC-MAE can't hold off Annenberg
February 6, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90007 Annenberg Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host USC-MAE Trojans (Los Angeles, CA), 28-23 in a league match.
With the victory, Annenberg advances its record to 13-1 on the year. The Panthers host Aspire Ollin (Huntington Park, CA) to face the Jaguars in a Freeway match on Thursday, February 13. The Jaguars enter the match with a record of 10-7. Aspire Ollin won 43-16 in their recent league match against Orthopaedic (Los Angeles, CA)
The Trojans now own a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Downtown Magnets for a Freeway match on Monday, February 10. USC-MAE will face a Suns squad coming off a 30-15 league loss to Animo Bunche (Los Angeles, CA). The Suns record now stands at 0-15.
