The Carver Yellowjackets basketball team (Winston-Salem, NC), was overwhelmed 62-27 in Friday's league battle with the visiting West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC)

The Wildcats now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walkertown for a Western Piedmont 2A battle on Tuesday, February 11. West Stokes will battle a Wolfpack team coming off a 74-72 league loss to North Surry (Mount Airy, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 9-11.

The Yellowjackets (2-19) will now prepare for their battle against Forbush (East Bend, NC). The Falcons come into the Western Piedmont 2A battle with a 6-14 record.
