Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Steelton-Highspire knocked off by Bishop McDevitt
February 7, 2022: Harrisburg, PA 17111 The Bishop McDevitt Crusaders basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers to 55 in the Crusaders league triumph on Monday.
The Crusaders now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lampeter-Strasburg for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 9. Bishop McDevitt will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 69-41 league win over Garden Spot (New Holland, PA). The Pioneers record now stands at 20-0.
The Steamrollers (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against East Pennsboro (Enola, PA). The Panthers enter the Mid-Penn - Capital contest with a 1-20 record. In their last contest, East Pennsboro was defeated by Red Land (Lewisberry, PA), 60-41, in a non-league contest.
