The Parkersburg Big Reds basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Ripley Vikings to 41 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Big Reds now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Parkersburg will battle a Warriors team coming off a 63-22 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, WV). The Warriors record now stands at 4-15.

The Vikings (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Logan (Logan, WV). The Wildcats go into the Cardinal bout with a 9-9 record. In their last bout, Logan was crushed by North Marion (Farmington, WV), 60-49, in a non-league bout.
