Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Fountain Central Mustangs (Veedersburg, IN), 53-30 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lafayette Central Catholic upgrades its record to 22-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Monroe Central (Parker City, IN) to face the Golden Bears in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Golden Bears enter the match with a record of 20-6. Monroe Central won 58-33 in their recent non-league match against Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN)

The Mustangs now sport a 20-5 record.
