North Carolina High School Basketball - Surry Central overwhelmed by West Stokes

The West Stokes Wildcats bounced the host Surry Central Golden Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 70-36 in Monday's league outing.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC) in a Northwest 3A/4A outing, on Tuesday, February 10. West Stokes will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 8-10 record after their 73-46 league loss to West Stokes (King, NC).

The Golden Eagles (7-12) will now prepare for their outing against East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC). The Cardinals come into the Northwest 3A/4A outing with a 14-3 record. In their last game, East Surry triumphed over Surry Central (Dobson, NC), 62-31, in a league game.
