North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Gilmer Bobcats (Ellijay, GA), 5-0 in a league test.

With the win, North Hall upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans host Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA) to battle the Indians in a AAA Region 7 test on Monday, March 14. The Indians come into the test with a record of 5-6. Lumpkin County lost 16-0 in their recent league test against White County (Cleveland, GA)

With the defeat, Gilmer falls to 5-5 on the season. The Bobcats host East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA) to play the Broncos in a AAA Region 7 battle on Monday, March 14.
