Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC), 15-14 in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to R.J. Reynolds for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 14. Lake Norman will clash with a Demons squad coming off a 14-3 league win over East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Demons record now stands at 4-1.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 20. Northwest Guilford will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
