The South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), 20-5 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, South Mecklenburg upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Sabres host Myers Park (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Mustangs in a Southwestern/So Meck outing on Thursday, March 16. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 6-0. Myers Park won 20-1 in their recent league outing against Butler (Matthews, NC)

With the defeat, South Iredell drops to 0-3 on the season. The Vikings host Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to battle the Knights in a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont outing on Wednesday, March 15. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Lake Norman Charter lost 20-8 in their recent league outing against Hough (Cornelius, NC)
