The San Lorenzo Valley Cougars baseball squad (Felton, CA), was overwhelmed 14-9 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA)

With the triumph, Piedmont Hills moves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Cupertino (Cupertino, CA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 17. The Pioneers enter the battle with a record of 2-3. Cupertino lost 4-2 in their recent non-league battle against Leland (San Jose, CA)

Next, the Cougars face the Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA) in a Santa Cruz Coast battle, on Thursday, March 19. San Lorenzo Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record.
