The Lausanne Collegiate Lynx baseball team (Memphis, TN), was overwhelmed 17-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting South Pontotoc Cougars (Pontotoc, MS)

Coming up next, the Cougars play the New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS) in a 4A Region 2 battle, on Tuesday, March 21. South Pontotoc will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 8-9 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Nettleton (Nettleton, MS).
